All of the flavors of pumpkin pie in a healthy fruit dip. Whip together this simple creamy recipe and serve with fresh crunchy apples. This recipe supports the Healthy Solutions and Phase 2 diet plan. This recipe makes 1 serving at 330 calories.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 HMR 70 Plus Vanilla Shake
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tbs sugar-free brown sugar cinnamon syrup
- 2 Tbs fat-free whipped topping
- 1 apple, sliced
DIRECTIONS
- 1. In a bowl, mix together 70 Plus Vanilla pudding, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and sugar free syrup.
- 2. Fold in whipped topping.
- 3. Use as a dip with sliced apples.
