Start your morning right with a mocha pick-me-up. A simple smoothie with decadent chocolate flavors and coffee. Make this for an easy breakfast or an afternoon jolt. This recipe supports the Decision-Free, Healthy Solutions, and Phase 2 diet plans. This recipe makes 1 serving at 125 calories.
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 HMR Chocolate Shake
  • 5 Oz Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Instant coffee
  • 1 Teaspoon Unsweetened cocoa
  • 4 Ice cubes
  • Dash Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Pour cold water into a blender
  2. 2. Begin mixing on lowest speed
  3. 3. While blender is on, add shake mix, sweetener, and flavorings
  4. 4. Blend for about 10 seconds
  5. 5. Gradually add ice cubes, one at a time, replacing the blender cover after adding each ice cube
  6. 6. Continue mixing on lowest speed 1-1 1/2 minutes until thoroughly blended and shake is smooth
