@verizonfios Switching to Spectrum tomorrow. Have been paying over $300 month for service I can't access. Started watching a show on @STARZ & had 2 stop. Resuming but now have 2 pay 2 continue 2 watch the show! I PAY U ALREADY!!!! And it's past 7pm EST so no support available!

I must say Verizon has the absolutely worst website login. There are three different sites, for Verizon, Verizon TV, Verizon Fios. All different passwords. Secret questions wrong and impossible. No live person to HELP

@OptimumHelp why is my wifi not working. Called and was told it was because my bill wasn't paid but when I look online it shows paid because we are on auto pay. So sick of this. Thinking about going to FIOS

@OptimumHelp great tech support. Had a 2 to 5 pm appointment. Tech said he called 3x. He did not. Called at 530 they said he was still coming. 3 hours later nothing. Wasted whole day. Maybe I should go to #Fios

@MayaSmi60344239 I've had FiOS forever (7+ years) and have to reboot the router maybe once every two years. Other than that, rock solid. I basically never have a speed/reliability issue.Note: Only 1-2 are on wireless at any given time, so not much of a load,either.

Optimum Altice internet is so bad that their technician told me I’d be better off switching to Fios. Complete joke of a company that has a stranglehold on half of Hoboken.

@verizonfios Had three calls today with different technicians today to resolve my internet connection. Everyone of them does the same reboot and says its fixed. I lose connection in less than 30 min. Horrible service.
