Tony Dokoupil’s professional career started in 2004, when he got an opportunity to work as a part-time journalist and staff writer in the Periscope section for the magazine ‘Newsweek’. Tony worked in that position for the next three years, and was then promoted to senior writer. He was concurrently hired by The Daily Beast to work as a senior writer as well.

Thanks to his hard work, Tony was offered work as a contributor to NBC News in 2013, where he worked until 2015, when he transferred to the MSNBC network as their national reporter and correspondent.
