We stared with a pretty gold gel mixed with peroxide and quickly found out that we could keep a high % of peroxide mixed with the gold particles over a long period of time unless the % was drastically reduced
..which would not yioled results so we opted for and replaced our single barrel gold gel with the Duo Barrel 24K GOLD the gel now stays fresher, longer and stronger yes the single barrel looks pretty but it is very ineffective in low % peroxide values (0-10% only) which is the only way to keep the gel sticking together
..it’s just a question of science so we had to separate them to keep the percentage high!
Any single barrels that are on the market( made overseas) will only be non-peroxide or a maximum 10% strength which looks pretty but is very ineffective
