Ingredients:

  • ½ Pound chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 ½ Cups carrots, cut into matchsticks
  • 2 Cups broccoli florets
  • 1 Cup mushroom, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • ⅓ Cup chicken broth
  • ¼ Cup soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • ½ Tsp ginger powder
  • 1 Tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tsp onion powder

Directions:

1. Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

2. Add chicken and cook until just browned, about 3 minutes.

3. Add carrots, broccoli and mushrooms and cook for 2 more minutes.
