While many other push-to-talk (PTT) applications oftenexperience a loss in functionality during times of disaster due tonetwork congestion and failure, Beartooth was designed to eliminatethe reliance on cellular data and provide reliable connectivity.Beartooth devices have supported relief efforts during the recentHurricane Harvey in Texas, allowing elite tactical units and searchand rescue groups to continue their efforts to help survivorswithout the need for Wi-Fi.
